EDM Pioneers Vol. 01: The Synth-Pop Revolution
From New Wave to the Dancefloor.
Before EDM became a global phenomenon, a generation of artists was already exploring the possibilities of synthesizers, electronic rhythms and unforgettable melodies.
This session revisits the sounds that helped shape that journey — from the atmospheric synth-pop and new wave of the 1980s to the extended club mixes and modern reinterpretations that keep these classics alive.
Some tracks bring back memories. Others reveal just how familiar yesterday’s sounds can feel to a new generation. Different eras, different productions, but a common thread: melodies, emotions and rhythms that still belong on the dancefloor.
A personal journey through the music that helped pave the way for the electronic sounds we know today.
The pioneers never really left. The music just kept evolving.
